3. Assemble the jack and jacking tools.

4. For the front axle, place the jack on the body
flange just behind the front tire as indicated
by the triangular lift point symbol on the sill
molding. Do not raise the vehicle until you
are sure the jack is fully engaged.
NOTE:
Depending on vehicle trim level, certain models
come equipped with Rock Rails which have a
different front lifting point location. Also, the
triangular symbols are not visible for this trim
package.

NOTE:
The jack must be placed straight on with handle
facing outwards. See the following Front Jacking
Location images for reference. The position of
the front jack is the same for all trim levels.
