CAM CHAIN
• Remove the cam chain 1 .
STARTER IDLE GEAR
• Remove the snap ring 1 , washer 2 and starter idle gear 3 .
• Remove the starter idle gear shaft 4 .
CRANKCASE
• Remove the crankcase bolts.
• Separate the crankcase with the special tool.

NOTE:
* Fit the crankcase separating tool, so that the tool arms are in
parallel with the side of crankcase.
* The crankshaft component should remain in the left crankcase
half.
