REMOVAL

• Remove the rear brake adjusting nut 1 .
• Loosen the lock-nuts and chain adjusters 2 right and left.
• Support the motorcycle with a jack or wooden block.
• Remove the rear axle nut 3 and rear axle 4 .
• Disengage the drive chain 5 from the rear sprocket.
• Remove the rear wheel with the rear brake panel.
• Remove the rear brake panel 6 .
• Remove the rear axle spacer 7 .
• Remove the rear sprocket 8 by removing the mounting nuts
and bolts.
• Remove the dust seal 9 using special tool.
