5-24 CHASSIS
• Install the right wheel bearings 1 using the special tool.
• Install the spacer 2 and left wheel bearings 3 using the spe-
cial tool.
09924-84521: Bearing installer set
* The sealed cover of the bearing must face outside.
* The removed bearings must be replaced with new
ones.
• Install the dust seal using the special tool.
09913-70210: Bearing installer set
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the dust seal lip.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
The removed dust seal must be replaced with a new
one.
• Install the rear sprocket and tighten the bolts to the specified
torque.
Rear sprocket bolt: 27 N·m (2.7 kgf-m, 19.5 lb-ft)
NOTE:
The stamped mark A on the rear sprocket should face to the
outside.
