REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING

Reassemble and remount the front fork in the reverse order of
removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
Wash the removed parts with cleaning solvent before
reassembly.
• Install the front fork spring 1 , stoppers 2 and spring joint 3 .
• Install the front fork spring.
NOTE:
The close-pitch end A of spring must face downward.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" (approx. 40 ml) to the
inner parts and spring.
