6-14 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
• Install the O-ring 1 .
The removed O-ring must be replaced with a new one.
• Fit the projection A of the starter motor case 2 to the depres-
sion B of the housing end 3 .
• Install the O-rings 3 .
The removed O-rings must be replaced with new ones.
• Install the O-ring 4 .
The removed O-ring must be replaced with a new one.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the O-ring.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
• Install the starter motor and ground wire 5 .
• Tighten the starter motor mounting bolts 6 to the specified
torque.
Starter motor mounting bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
or equivalent
