REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY

REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
• Support the motorcycle with a jack or wooden block.
• Remove the seat. (
• Remove the rear shock absorber mounting nut (upper and
lower).
• Remove the rear shock absorber 1 .
• Remove the spacers 2 and bushings 3 .
SWINGARM
• Remove the engine sprocket cover 1 .
• Remove the rear wheel and brake. (
• Remove the drive chain 2 .
• Remove the swingarm pivot nut 3 .
• Remove the swingarm pivot shaft 4 and swingarm 5 .
