CYLINDER HEAD
• Remove the TDC plug 1 and generator cover plug 2 .
• Remove the camshaft sprocket cover 3 and gasket.
• Turn the crankshaft bring the "Top" line A on the generator
rotor to the center of hole on the generator cover.
NOTE:
At the above condition, the piston is at TDC of compression
stroke and also the mark B on the camshaft sprocket with the
concave line C of the cylinder head, as shown.
• Remove the cam chain tension adjuster cap 4 .
