Snapshot

The Snapshot feature saves the state of your computer
when it enters Standby. With this feature, if the power
supply to your computer is interrupted while your
computer is in Standby, your desktop is restored when
power is returned.
To enable or disable the Snapshot feature, follow these
steps:
1.
Double-click on the Standby icon in the Rapid
Resume Manager window.
2.
In the Standby window, select the number of
minutes before the computer enters Standby.
3.
Click on the Snapshot option under the Options
menu.
You can enable the Snapshot feature only after you
enable the Standby feature. If you need help,
press F1.

Scheduler features

In the Scheduler window, you can work with settings for
these features:

Scheduler

Automatic Power On
Scheduler
The Scheduler feature performs activities you specify at
times you specify. If you use Scheduler with Rapid
Resume, you can schedule activities to occur even when
your computer is turned off. This feature can turn on
your computer, run a program, and then turn off your
computer. You can schedule activities to occur once,
hourly, daily, during weekdays, and weekly.
To enable or disable the Scheduler feature, follow these
steps:
1.
Double-click on the Scheduler icon in the Rapid
Resume Manager window.
2.
In the Scheduler window, follow the instructions
on the screen. If you need help, press F1.
