Appendix C: SIA event structure
SMS SIA signalling
The message format is similar the Standard SIA format with the following changes:
1. The event block has the event and then optional fields – currently it is optional fields
then event code.
2. The order of the event and time fields are transposed.
3. The ASCII block is preceded by a '/' character.
4. The message is terminated with a '.' character.
Examples:
>#002113 NBA1023/ti10:35/A+INTRUDER.
>#002112 NBA1021/ri01/ti07:38/A+INTRUDER.
