In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper, check the present value in 022: [Image
Transfer Current: BW]. Is it lower than 150 A?
Yes
Carry out all of the following:
• Increase the value by 5 A in 022: [Image Transfer Current: BW].
• Set 041: [Paper Transfer Current: TE: BW] to "200%".
• Set 042: [Paper Transfer Current: TE Leng.: BW] to "30 mm".
No
No further improvement is likely. Contact your service representative.

Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
Yes
Finished!
No
Repeat Steps 1 to 2. If the problem persists even though you have increased the value
in 022: [Image Transfer Current: BW] to 150 A, contact your service representative.
