Slot is unassigned
Slot is provisioned but waiting for unit. Once the provisioned unit is
present, the slot state will automatically change to Assigned.
Description
Assigns the unit to the slot.
The slot is configured to be empty. The E will not expect any unit to
be present in this slot.
Automatically assigns the unit to the slot once the E establishes the
presence of a unit of the correct type. Until this time, the slot acts as
Unassigned.
