Exchanging a Flow Cell

DO NOT install the inlet capillary to the outlet connection of the flow cell. This will result in poor
performance.

If application requires a different flow cell type or if
defective.
If flow cell is contaminated
If leak has occurred.
If broken or corroded.
If an application needs a different type of flow cell or the flow cell is
defective ( leaky ).
Two 1/4 inch wrenches for capillary connections

Complete Assembly
A wavelength calibration check should
be performed after replacement.
If the flow cell is removed and
inserted, then a quick calibration
check is performed. If this fails, you
must do a wavelength recalibration,
