Exchanging a Flow Cell

DO NOT install the inlet capillary to the outlet connection of the flow cell. This will result in poor
performance.

Complete Assembly
A wavelength calibration check should
be performed after replacement.
If the flow cell is removed and
inserted, then a quick calibration
check is performed. If this fails, you
must do a wavelength recalibration,
