3 SPECIFICATION
(12) Data link priority signal: XnC
This signal suppresses the FROM/TO instructions and gives priority to data link.
Utilize this signal when a probrem shown in section 13.1, such as "Xn1 (host
station data link status) does not turn ON" or "Link special relay (SB) /link special
register (SW) is not updated correctly", has occurred. (Refer to Section 13.1.)

This signal indicates the normal completion of erasing the parameters in the
