This section explains the programming method in order to communication data (through
the no procedure control method) with an external device using the fixed buffers.

Connection No. 1 is used for fixed buffer sending.

The communication parameters settings are assumed to have been set
as described in Section 5.6.1, "Active open processing/close
processing" except the "Fixed buffer communication" parameter.
The "Fixed buffer communication" setting should be changed from
"Procedure exist" to "No procedure".
