processing only)
4) When the open processing completes normally
• Open completion signal (BFM#20482 b0)

Data communication is enabled.
When the open processing completes abnormally
• Open status (BFM#1602)
• Open abnormal detection signal (BFM#28 b6)
5) Start the close processing by writing 8000
6) The Ethernet module executes the close processing. (Internal
processing only)
7) When the close processing completes normally
• Open/Close instruction status (BFM#1602)
