PROBLEM
Water leaking from bottom of cabinet
Water leaking from water pipes or
drain lines.
Food takes too long to cook.
Compartment bottom dirty with food
drippings.

OPERATOR'S TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE (continued)
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Broken or loose plumbing inside
steamer cabinet
Plumbing needs repair.
Not enough steam movement in
compartment Hot water connected
to condenser line.
Pans too close to the bottom of
cabinet
Steam generator scale buildup.
Compartment overloaded with too
much food.
Voltage too low for unit
Suggested cooking times are
usually listed tor cooking at sea
level.
Juices and/or food leaking from
pans.
1. If problem is inside the steamer, call an authorized service representative.
Cleveland Range, Inc. will not pay for warranty repairs by unauthorized
repair centers.
2. Proper installation of the SteamCraft 3.1 is the responsibility of the owner
or installer. Refer to Cleveland Range, Inc. warranty on the inside front
cover.
3. Repairs to external plumbing should be done by a Licensed Plumber.
4. Repairs to external wiring should be done by a Licensed Electrician.

REMEDY/REFERENCE
Turn off electricity at main power switch and
close water supply valve(s). See note #1.
See note #3.
Make proper connections. See page 20.
Put pans in racks near top of cabinet
Descale steam generator with USDA
approved descaler.
Put less food into pan. Use fewer pans.
See note #4.
Extend cooking times for altitudes above
2500 feet
Put a solid pan under perforated pans to
catch drippings, or put less food in pan.
