Operator's Manual
PROBLEM
Reduced steam flow into cooking
Compartment.
Steam flow does not stop when
timer stops.
Water leaking from bottom of
Cabinet.
Water leaking from water pipes
or drain lines.
Food takes too long to cook.
(Cook in perforated pans when
possible.)
Compartment bottom dirty with
food drippings.

TROUBLESHOOTING NOTES

1. If problem is inside the steamer, call an authorized

Steamer not level
Hot Water to con denser
Steam generator scale buildup.
Steam nozzle scale buildup.
Steam solenoids scale buildup

Voltage too low for unit.

Operating in manual mode.
Stuck open steam valve
Inoperative five controls inside
