Resetting

Resetting the unit causes various settings to revert to the defaults that were set at the
factory. Resets can be performed via the front panel buttons, the rear panel
the OSD, the PCS software, or SIS commands. The following resets are available:
Mode
Activation

Hold in the rear panel
while applying power to the unit.

Hold in the

Reset LED blinks twice (once after
approximately 3 seconds and
again after 6 seconds). Then, within
1 second, press
(for less than 1 second).

after approximately 3 seconds, again
after 6 seconds, and then again after
9 seconds). Then, within 1 second,
press

NOTE: Mode 5 reset clears all adjustments. To save these settings, use the PCS software program

Factory defaults — This reset clears all user-specified settings but retains the latest
firmware version. You can perform this reset by:

Purpose and Notes
Use mode 1 to
remove a version
of firmware for

incompatibility issues
