= Input lock (AFL): 0 = disable input lock. Free running pixel clock is generated internally (default).
1 = enable input lock. Locks the output vertical rate to the vertical refresh rate of the input.

= Input lock (AFL) status: 0 = Input lock is disabled. 1 = Input lock is enabled but cannot lock to the input
signal. 2 = Input lock is enabled. The output is locked to the input signal.
