Possible Causes and
Corrective Actions
Normal condition. No action
is required.
Input is connected but has
failed because the power
supply fuse has failed or the
input voltage is low.
Verify that the source
circuit breaker has the
proper current rating.
Each power supply must
be connected to a
separate source circuit
breaker.
Check whether the DC
power cables from the
power source to the
device are not damaged.
If the insulation is
cracked or broken,
immediately replace the
cable.

Both inputs are normal but
no output because of
output side failure or open
connection.
Connect the power
supply feeds to a
