BEARING/WATER SEAL/OIL SEAL
REPLACEMENT
Remove the water pump shaft bea ring using the
special toots.
TOOLS:
Bearing remover set,
12mm
- Remover weight
- Remover head, 12 mm
- Remover shaft

Remover handle 07936-3710100
Remover weight 07936-3710200 or
07936-371020A
Check the oil seal for damage or deterioration,
replace the oil seal if necessary (page 6-12).
Remove the oi l seal and water seal from right crank-
case cover.
Apply grease to a new oil seal lips.
Install a new oil seal into the right crankcase as
shown.
