Installing the spring

Clamp special tool in the vise.
Nitrogen filling tool (T170S1) (

Connect the special tool to the pressure regulator of the filling cylinder.
Filling gas - nitrogen

Adjust pressure regulator.

Position the damper in the special tool.

Open filler tap
–
Fill the damper for at least 15 seconds.

Watch the pressure regulator dial.
Make sure that the damper is filled to the specified pressure.

Close the filling port screw using tap handle

Close spigot

Tighten the filling port screw.

Mount the rubber cap of the reservoir.

Clamp the damper in the vise using soft jaws.

Install retaining ring
The collar points to the adjusting ring.

Mount adjusting ring
The collar points to the spring.

Measure the overall spring length without a load.
