Services and Application Installation

Services and applications are installed on this screen.
1 To install an application driver automatically, check the Install box next to the
application.
To install an application driver from the diskette or CD-ROM, check the From FD/CD
box next to the application.
NOTE: If you have the latest version on the diskette or the CD-ROM, check the
From FD/CD box.
HarnessEye/web Agent. This software is used for operational management of the
Magnia Z310/Z310R, and can monitor the hardware information for fault
detection. Only the Agent function can be installed.
NOTE: To use another function of the HarnessEye/web, such as Management
Console or Management Proxy, you must install them manually after the Windows
2000 installation. For more information, refer to the Chapter 7 in this manual.
To set up the IDE RAID Utility (on-board IDE RAID controller only), refer to
Chapter 6, IDE MegaRAID Configuration Console.
SCSI RAID Utility (Elite 1600/Express 500 only. If these are not installed on the
computer, this item is grayed out.)
NOTE: If you did not select TCP/IP protocol (SNMP service is not installed), the
SNMP agent of LSI SCSI RAID utility cannot be installed.
