For Alert Information Input:
Alert Date - Specifies the date the error occurred.
Alert Type - Select the error type you want to specify from the drop-down list.
Alert Status - Specifies the alert status.
For Collect List:
Collect List check box - select the items for which you want to collect information. You

Collect button - Collects the specified information.
NOTE: Actual information available for capture will be based on your operating
system and configuration settings.
Information logs are saved in the same folder where HEW was installed in
Manager\Download\LogConfig.
