03. Increment/Decrement test
After reading all cache memory data, the increment and decrement data are written,
read and compared.
04. Caching data test
Checks caching function and the cache controller.
09. SCSI Test
Tests the SCSI devices connected to the server.
1 Use the arrow keys to highlight 09. SCSI Test on the Diagnostic Test menu.
2 Press Enter.
3 Set the following:
Host ID number - sets the target host adapter number. Select ALL to test all disks
connected to the server.
SCSI ID number - selects the ID to be tested. Do not choose ID:7.
Channel number - sets the channel number to be tested.
4 Using the arrow keys, select the SCSI test.

Checks the status of the selected SCSI device(s).
10. CD-ROM Test
Tests the computer's CD-ROM functions.
1 Use the arrow keys to highlight 10. CD-ROM Test on the Diagnostic Test menu.
2 Press Enter.
The following screen displays:
3 Using the arrow keys, select one of the following CD-ROM tests.
NOTE: The 10. CD-ROM Test tests only one IDE CD-ROM drive. The CD-ROM
drive found first in the following sequence is the one tested: IDE (PrM, PrS, ScM,
Scs), SCSI (ID0, ID1...).

Makes a sequential reading of one block unit of all the logical addresses.
