Operating System Reinstallation
In the event that OS reinstallation is necessary and your system has multiple HDD
controllers, select one of the following procedures:
Remove the RAID controller card and install the OS.
Remove the IDE HDD and install the OS. Change the boot order so that the SCSI
HDD boots before the IDE.
Remove an HDD not listed in the above two procedure options and install the OS.
When the system is booted, the following message may display:
Press <Ctrl><M> to run Configuration Utility or any other Key to continue.
Press the Ctrl and M keys at the same time to invoke MegaRAID Configuration Utility
and perform Configure - Clear Configuration.

Installing the HarnessEye/web
When the Windows 2000/Windows NT 4.0 Server is installed using SST, the Agent
function of the HarnessEye/web can be installed automatically.
To install the HarnessEye/web manually, or to install the Management Console function
or the Management Proxy function additionally from the SST CD-ROM, follow the
procedure below after installing Windows 2000/Windows NT Server 4.0.

Start the Windows 2000/Windows NT 4.0 Server and log on to the system as the
Administrator (or a user having equivalent rights).

Insert the SST CD-ROM.

Open the command prompt.

Change the current directory to the following:
<CD-ROM>\PUBLIC\UTILS\TOSHIBA\HEYE

Enter the following command: SETUP

Installing the USB FDD driver
When the Windows NT Server 4.0 is installed by using the Server Setup Tool, the USB
FDD driver can be installed automatically.
