2. REMOVE INTAKE PIPE

Remove the 3 bolts and heat insulator.
4 . RE MO V E E X HAUS T MANI FO LD HE AT I NS ULATO R
Remove the 4 bolts and heat insulator.
5 . RE MO V E TURBO WATE R P I P E
(a) Disconnect the 2 water bypass hoses from the turbo wa-
ter pipe.
(b) Remove the 2 nuts, bolt, water pipe and gasket.

Remove the 4 nuts, outlet elbow and gasket.

7 . RE MO V E TURBO CHARG E R S TAY
Remove the bolt, nut and turbocharger stay.
8. RE MO V E TURBO CHARG E R AND E X HAUS T MAN-
IFOLD ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and union bolt from the turbo oil pipe.
(b) Remove the 6 nuts, plate washers, 2 bolts, the turbochar-
ger, exhaust manifold assembly and 3 gaskets.

Remove the 2 nuts, oil pipe and gasket.

Remove the 3 nuts, exhaust manifold and gasket.

Remove the 2 nuts, inlet elbow and gasket.
