CRANKCASE/TRANSMISSION/CRANKSHAFT/BALANCER (After '05)
Remove the mainshaft bearing and balancer shaft - BEARING REMOVER ~ MAINSHAFT BEARING "
bearing using the special tools.

Bearing remover, 17 mm
Remover handle
Remover weight
Balancer shaft bearing:
Bearing remover, 20 mm
Remover handle

Drive in new
bearings squarely
with the marking
side facing toward
the inside of the
crankcase.
Drive new bearings into the left crankcase with the t,
markings facing up, using the special tools.

Install the snap ring into the left crankcase securely.
