FUEL SYSTEM (After '05)
Install the jet needle into the throttle valve.
Tighten the needle holder to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 2.1 N m (0.2 kgf-m, 1.5 Ibfft)
Install a new O-ring and top cover.
Install the wire clamp and bolts.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 2.1 N m (0.2 kgfm, 1.5 Ibfft)
Clamp the throttle position sensor wire and carbure-
tor switch wire at white tape point.
Install the carburetor insulator and align the lug on
the carburetor with the groove in the insulator.
Tighten the insulator band screw securely.
