Hake in a herb sauce

Preparation time: 50–60 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 hake steaks (250 g each)
250 g venus mussels
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp flour
250 ml fish stock
25 g parsley
Salt
Accessories
Frying pan
Universal tray
Method
Chop the garlic cloves finely, and sauté
in the olive oil in a pan on the hob.
Place the fish in the universal tray.
Drizzle with oil and scatter the garlic
and venus mussels over the fish, and
season with a little salt. Dust with flour,
then pour the warm fish stock over and
scatter with chopped parsley.
