5-8. V-SUB Voltage Adjustment

The V-SUB voltage specific to the CCD has been adjusted
for the optimum value at factory.
Therefore, never change this voltage from the factory
setting value.
Only when the improper data was saved by OHB TRIM-
MING page of the SERVICE menu by mistake, perform
this adjustment.
Equipment : Oscilloscope
Preparations
. Extend the CCD block. (Refer to Section 1-14-3.)
. Shoot the fully occupied white area of the pattern box in
the full underscanned monitor frame adjusting the zoom
control.
Adjustment Procedures
1. V-SUB [R] adjustment
(1) Test Point : IC1- pin14/PA-274 board
(GND : E501/DPR-261)
A = 500 ± 50 mV
Lens Iris :
(2) Select a large lens aperture (3 stops and a half) to
obtain the 10 times amount of light.
(3) Adjustment Point
. MENU : SERVICE
. PAGE :

V-SUB [R]
Specifications : NTSC : A = 1400
PAL :

2. Perform V-SUB [G] adjustment in the same manner as
step 1.
Test Point :
IC1- pin14/PA-273 board
(GND : E501/DPR-261)

3. Perform V-SUB [B] adjustment in the same manner as
step 1.

4. Store the TRIMMING data.
(Press the MENU SELECT knob to execute.)
ITEM :

Setting after Adjustment
Restore the CCD block to the original position.
