1. Apply:
® Shell BT GreaseNo. 3 or equivalent
Thinly: Slider bushing
Heavily: Weights-sliding sheaveramps
(approximately 2cc of grease
per ramp and weight)

2. Assemble:
_ = Primarysheave
__ Install the claw washers@so the slitsareoutside.

Removeany excess grease.
3. Apply:

"_ _ ® Never apply grease to the collar.
e Be careful so that the oil seal lips are not
turned overwhen installingthe collar.

(_) Slider bushing (_ Primary sliding sheave
(_) Cam (_ Oil seal
4. Install:
• Primaryslidingsheave_)
//_ • Collar _)
e Primary fixed sheave
__@ ® Rockwasher(New)(_)
o Nut (Primary sheave) (_)
5. Tighten:
e Nut (Primary sheave)
Use the Rotor Holder (YU-01235).
I_ Nut(PrimarySheave): I
55 Nm (5.5 m. kg, 40 ft •Ib)
NOTE:
• Bend the lock washer tab againstthe nut felt.
® Be sure to remove the any oil and or grease
from the primary sheavesand collar with a
thinner.
