11. Inspect:
e Clutchshoes
Scratches -* Glazing using the Coarse
Sandpaper.
Wear/Damage + Replace.
12. Measure:
/ ® Clutch shoe thickness
Out of specification + Replace.
Clutch Shoe Thickness:
Standard: 3.5 mm (0.138 in)
Limit: 2°0 mm (0.079 in)
V-BELT
1. "Inspect:
o V-belt
Cracks/Wear/Scaling/Chipping-, Replace.
Oil/Grease -_ Check primary sheave and
secondary sheave.
2. Measure:
..... ;_ ® V-belt width (_
Out of specification -* Replace.
Standard: 19.5 mm (0.77 in) |
Limit: 17.5 _ram (0.69 in)
Replace at 18,000 km (11,400 mi) irrespective
at limit.
