7. Install:
e Cam chain (_)
• Cam chain guide (Rear) (_)
® Dowel pin (_)
o O-rings
e Cam chain case cover (_
Apply grease to the O-ring and oil seal.
8. Tighten:
® Cam chain case cover

7 Nm (0.7 m.kg, 5,1 ft.ib)

TRANSMISSION
1. Install:
.......... = Drive axle (_
NOTE:
Be careful so that the oil seal lip is not turned
over by edge of the drive axle when installing
the drive axle.
e Main axle (_)
• Conical spring washer (_)
= Plate washer (_
2. Install:
= Gasket (New)
® Transmission cover
3. Tighten:
e Bolts (Transmission cover)
(in two steps)
j_J Bolts (Transmission Cover): I
10 Nm (1.0 m-kg, 7.2 ft.lb)
