e Rocker arm shaft hole (_
e Cam lobe contact surface _)
= Adjuster surface
Wear/Pitting/Scratches/Blue discolora-
tion -* Replace.
2. Inspect:
® Rocker arm shaft
Groove can be felt (bearing surface)/Blue
(_ _ discoloration (rocker arm shaft) -_ Re-
place then inspect lubrication system.
3. Measure:
® Rocker arm inside diameter
Use a Bore Gage (_) ,
Out of specification -_ Replace.
Rocker Arm Inside Diameter:
10.00 ~ 10.015 mm
(0.3937 ~ 0.3943 in)
4. Measure:
• Rocker arm shaft outside diameter
Use a Micrometer (_
Out of specification -_ Replace.
_rm Shaft Outside Diameter: ]
9.81 ~9.91 mm I
