HEADLIGHT BEAM ADJUSTMENT

DO not touch headlight bulb when it is on as the
bulb generates enormous heat, keep flammable
..... objects away.
3. Install:
® Bulb (New)
• Bulb holder
Avoid touching glass part of bulb. Also keep it
,_ free from oil otherwise, transparency of glass,
_ bulb life and illuminous flux will be adversely
_1_-_ affected. If oil gets on buls, clean it with a cloth
moistened thoroughly with alcohol or lacquer
thinner.
4. Connect:
• Headlight lead connnecters
5. Install:
® Handlebar cover (Front)

• Headlight beam
(Horizontally)
Horizontal Adjustment
Turn adjusting screw (_)

_-- Left
Turn adjusting screw
counterclockwise.
2. Adjust:
® Headlight beam
(Vertically)
Vertical Adjustment
Turn adjusting screw (_
Higher counterclockwise.
Turn adjusting screw (_)
Lower
clockwise.
