8 System Options
The Clear Memory Menu screen will appear as follows: The Clear Memory Menu screen will appear as follows:
Non-Volatile Memory: This is where all of your PLU data, label formats (100 ~ 999), and non-CAL mode Non-Volatile Memory:
settings are stored. Erasing this memory will lose all PLU, Label formats 100 to 999, and non-CAL mode
options.
Static RAM: This is where all of your PLU sales data & the scale's Runtime environment are stored.
Erasing this memory will loose all PLU sales data.
EEPROM: This is where all of your CAL mode settings & calibration data are stored. Erasing this memory
will require complete reprogramming of ALL CAL mode options and then SPAN calibration of the scale
(must be done in that order.) NOTE: This will have no effect on the Audit Trail Counters; there is no way
of resetting the Audit Trail Counters.
All Memory: As the title implies, this option will erase ALL 3 memories & thus you will be faced with the
above 3 ramifications.

options will bring you to the
following screen:
Once you press Y, there is
no turning back. Some memories
will take longer than others to
clear; however, the maximum
time to clear ALL the memories is
approximately 60 seconds. Some
of the clearing processes will report memory chip numbers or memory sizes during the process.
WARNING: If you clear the memory you will loose ALL data in that respective part of memory!

8.5 Select Country

You can select country, and then
EEPROM is initialized.
Not: country code must be reset
after memory clear in version 2.06
or lower
