COMPONENT OR SYSTEM OPERA
TIONAL STATE AND TROU
BLESHOOTING TIP
This alert code may indicate
transformer overloading.
Check the voltage and line power
frequency.
Check the generator operating
frequency, if the system is run
ning on back-up power.
Correct voltage and frequency
problems.
System will resume normal oper
ation five seconds after fault re
covered.
All applicable system component
outputs are disabled – moderate
condition.
After 10 minutes, the priority con
dition is escalated – critical con
dition.
Damper control module will oper
ate in central mode only until
proper voltage is restored or fre
quency distortion is resolved –
moderate condition.
Primary 24VAC voltage is low
(range is 18 to 30 volts).
Check and correct voltage.
Check for additional power-rob
bing system component (device)
connected to system.
This alert code may require the
installation of an additional or
larger VA transformer.
Secondary 24VAC voltage is low
(range is 18 to 30 volts).
Check and correct voltage.
Check for additional power-rob
bing equipment connected to sys
tem.
This alert code may require the
installation of an additional or
larger VA transformer.
Damper control module will oper
ate in non-zone mode until proper
voltage is restored.
Provide proper grounding for the
system component (device).
Check for proper earth ground to
the system.
Typically this alert code does not
cause any operational issues and
will clear on its own.
This alert code is usually caused
by a delay in the outdoor unit re
sponding to the thermostat.
Check all wiring connections.
