HUMIDIFICATION — HOW IT WORKS
DISPLAY, BASIC AND PRECISION—These modes allow user control
of relative humidity between 15 and 45%. Individual humidification
control mode conditions are as follows:
DISPLAY Only mode indicates humidification is OFF.
BASIC mode also requires presence of heating demand [Y for HP
heat, or W for gas heat (W may be energized with G de-energized)].

humidification mode has been enabled
—
the unit is in HEAT mode
—
humidification demand exists (24V present at H).
PRECISION mode indicates:
—
humidification mode has been enabled
—
the unit is in HEAT mode
—
humidification demand exists (24V present at H).
BASIC DEW POINT CONTROL mode (requires outdoor temperature sensor installation) will change the
humidification set point based on:
—
outdoor temperature
—
user-defined dew point adjustment setting.
PRECISION DEW POINT CONTROL mode (requires outdoor temperature sensor installation) will operate when the
following conditions are met:
—
outdoor temperature
—
humidification mode has been enabled
—
humidification demand exists (24V present at H)
—
the unit is in HEAT mode.
