Listen to
When you pick up a non-ringing telephone, a stutter dial tone will indicate
that messages are waiting. Flash the switch hook, then press
access voice mail and text messages. Depending on how Tel-Lynx is set
up, you may be asked to select your mailbox. If you have both voice mail
and text messages, you will be asked to select the type of messages
you want to access. Then, if a message is waiting, you will hear the
message. To access the message again and any previous messages, you
will be presented with the following menu:
For voice mail:
Press 1 to Listen to your message
Press 2 to Rewind while playing message
Press 3 to Fast Forward while playing message
Press 4 to Move message to another mailbox
Press 5 to Hear message info
Press 6 to Play previous older message thread (if any)
Press 7 to Delete current message
Press 8 to Place a call to sender
Press 9 to Play next message
Press # to Hear sender's phone number
For text messages:
Press 1 to Listen to your message
Press 2 to Reply (or compose a new message) to sender
Press 1 to Listen to composed message
Press 2 to Send message
Press 3 to Add sentence(s)
Press 4 to Add to last sentence
Press 5 to Listen to last sentence
Press 6 to Delete last sentence
Press 9 to View current message on caller ID
Press # to Hear recipient's contact info
Press 3 to Hear next newer message (if any)
Press 4 to Hear previous older message (if any)
Press 5 to Go to next newer message thread (if any)
Press 6 to Go to previous older message thread (if any)
Press 7 to Set current message to unread (mark as new)
Press 8 to Place a call to sender
Press 9 to View current message on caller ID
Press # to Hear sender's contact info
