2-5-5 Setup procedure for 'L2TP':

Here are descriptions of every setup item:
User ID (1):
Password (2):
L2TP
Gateway (3):
MTU (4):
Connection
type (5):
Input the user ID (user name) assigned by your Internet
service provider.
Input the password assigned by your Internet service
provider.
Input the IP address of L2TP gateway
assigned by your Internet service provider.
Input the MTU value of your network connection. If you
don't know, you can use the default value.
Select the type of Internet connection
you wish to use, refer to section 2-5-2 for detailed
descriptions.
