⑥With the equipment starts to vibrate, measure the length of the vibration width α of the laser beam.

Notes：The phenomenon that the laser spot light
shakes up and down, right and left occurs during
measuring the vibration width.
This is the motion of the VR unit control and is
not defective.

⑤Press the SERVO [ON] button and the
VIBRATION [START] button of the VR lens
adjustment equipment (J15380).
⑦Move the cursor to the Next button in the message
box on the screen and click it.
Vibration reduction function starts to perform and
the vibration width of the laser beam becomes be
narrow.
