    • Do not attach the following accessories to the lens, as they might damage the lens' CPU contacts: Auto Extension Ring PK-1, Auto Extension Ring PK-11/PK-l 1 A, Kl Ring, Auto Ring BR-2/BR-2A/ BR-4. • This lens cannot be used with the AF Finder DX-1 attached to the Nikon F3AF camera. MOUNTING THE LENS To mount, position the lens on the camera's bayonet mount, lining up the aperture index on the lens with the lens mounting index on the camera.

    Depth of field can also be checked by referring to the table on page 38. USING FILTERS Always use a filter with the lens. The slip-in glass filter holder comes mounted with a Nikon NC filter. A slip-in gelatine filter holder is also supplied with the lens.

    Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung der Kamera. FOKUSSIEREN Wenn Sie das Objektiv zusammen mit einer Nikon-Kamera der Serie F4, F90X, Serie F90 oder F70 verwenden, konnen Sie zwischen automatischem und manuellem Fokussieren wahlen. Dariiber hinaus konnen Sie rasch zwischen automatischer und manueller Scharfeneistellung wechseln, wenn der Fokussiermodusring auf M/A gestellt ist.
  • Page 18 Zusammen mit einer Nikon-Kamera der Serie F4, F90X, Serie F90 Oder F70 Autofokusbetrieb: Driicken Sie den Fokussiermodus-Knopf, und drehen Sie den Fokussiermodusring auf A, bis er einrastet; das Objektiv ist nun fur den Autofokusbetrieb eingestellt. Vergewissern Sie sich, dafi die Kamera auf den Fokussiermodus C oder S gestellt ist.
  • Page 19 DIE VERWENDUNG VON FILTERN Verwenden Sie Ihr Objektiv stets mit einem Filter. Das Filter-Einschubfach wird mit bereits eingesetztem Glasfilter Nikon NC geliefert. Ein Gelatinefilterhalter gehort ebenfalls zum mitgelieferten Zubehor. Auswechseln von Glasfiltern 1. Driicken Sie den Knopf am Glasfilterhalter und drehen Sie ihn im Gegenuhrzeigersinn, bis sein weiBer Strich quer zur Objektivachse steht.

Cuando el anillo se engancha, el objetivo esta fijado para operacion de enfoque automatico.

Per rimuovere sporco e macchie, usare un panno di cotone morbido o un panno per lenti imbevuto di etanoto (alcol) o di un pulitore per lenti. Passare il panno con un movimento circolare dal centro verso il bordo estemo, facendo attenzione a non lasciare tracce e a non toccare le altre parti dell'obiettivo.
