4. Cooking Instructions
Press left Basket Lift switch
corresponding displayed time now counts down. At time-out, the basket lift removes the product
from the cooking oil/shortening. An audible alarm alerts the operator that cooking is completed, and
the display area shows COOC.
Press the left Basket Lift switch
5. Boil Mode Operation
Press Boil-Mode switch

switch is pressed, at which time the controller will return to the previously set
value.
6. Melt-Cycle Operation
The fryer automatically goes into melt cycle if cooking oil/shortening temperature is under 180° F
(82° C). To override melt cycle, press right Basket Lift switch

7. Additional Instructions
The controller automatically selects Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature values. Temperature values less
than 190° F are considered Celsius values.
The Electronic Timer Controller stores the current time and temperature settings when the unit is
turned off with the On/Off switches

8. Fryer Alarms
The Electronic Controller Timer will display the following:
