Indicate that the Control Unit is the idle
controller in a dual contro with System.
Displayed on line 1.
This indicates that there is no data stored in
one of the programmable items in either the
phone list or individual call list. The user
programmable items are items 1 through 10 in
each list.

operation has been enabled where "x" is a digit
of 1 to 8 (trunked mode only).
