Chapter 6, Troubleshooting
Contact your DigiSuite representative. Before doing so, please have the
following information ready:

A description of what happened.
q
The serial number for your DigiDesktop card.
q
As much system information as possible.

Your computer specs.
–
The manufacturer and version number of your computer's BIOS.

Windows NT version.
–
Operating environment.
–
Peripherals (especially cards occupying other slots in your computer).

Anything else you feel will help us correct the problem.
