CHAPTER 2: ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ELLIPTICAL ASSEMBLY STEPS (continued):
STEP 3: Attach Side Arms:
a) Connect Side Arm Heart Rate
Cable
b) CAREFULLY Slide Side Arm into
Pedestal and tuck the Heart Rate
Cable into the tube. Make sure to not
pinch the Heart Rate Cable wires.
Connect Wires
between the Pedestal
Side Arms
and the
c) Use 4 M8x12mm bolts to tighten
the Side Arms into the underside of
the Pedestal.
Hardware Required (Bag 3):
4 M8x12bolts
STEP 4: Upper Exercise Arms:
a) Install each upper arm with 4
M8x20mm bolts and 4 lock washers
using an 8 mm hex key.
Note: Upper Arms are labeled "L for
Left and "R" for Right.

8 M8x20mm Bolts
8 Lock Washer
4 Bolts Arm
