Specify WAN Ethernet IPv6 Internet Connections

Some Internet service providers (ISPs) and carriers support IPv6 Internet connections. You
can set up the cradle to use an IPv6 pass through connection, but this setting requires some
additional configuration options.
Before you set up the cradle to use an IPv6 Internet connection, read this section so that you
understand how this connection is implemented. The cradle IPv6 pass through Internet
connection works as follows:
Your existing IPv4 connection and setup continue to operate as normal.
Your LAN and WiFi clients obtain IPv6 addresses using AutoConfig (Neighbor Discovery
Protocol) directly from your docked mobile hotspot.
The cradle acts as a bridge for IPv6 only, so your existing firewall and parental controls
are not enforced.
Your IPv4 NAT, firewall, and parental controls still operate as normal.
You can use failover mode with IPv6, but your IPv6 pass through selection is used for
both WAN Internet as well as mobile broadband for IPv6. This means that you must test
IPv6 to make sure that it works with your WAN Internet and the pass through setting, so it
can operate in WAN Internet mode before falling back to Mobile Broadband.
