Guarantee certificate
Thank you very much for purchasing CHIKUSUI CANYCOM products.
We offer you this guarantee:
1. Period of guarantee: Shall be one year from the date of delivery.
2. Extent of guarantee: If a defect in design and/or manufacturing
is found in the product parts or materials during the period of
guarantee and our company acknowledges this defect, we
will replace or repair the part in question, free of charge,at
our company's authorized dealer, agricultural cooperative
association, or its designated service factory.
3. This guarantee does not cover:
(1) Cases where failure results from carelessness in use and
handling, negligence, or improper inspection or maintenance.
(2) Cases where failure results from the use beyond the limits,
specified by our company in product documentation.
(3) Cases where modifications or alterations not approved by
our company causes failure.
(4) Cases where failure results from non-approved parts.
Our warranty does not cover Product failures resulting
from the use of non-CANYCOM replacement parts, or from
installation and use of add-on, modified, or unapproved
accessories.
(5) Cases where failure results from repairs not done by
company's authorized dealer, agricultural cooperative
association, or its designated service factory.
(6) Cases where failure determination materials are insufficient
and the damaged part is lost.
(7) Consumable (replacement) parts
(8) Cases when guarantee and purchase receipt are not
available to verify product history.
(9) Product failures resulting from operating the Product beyond
the limits specified in our operators instruction manual.
(10) Product failures due to unapproved oil/lubricants, additives,
chemicals or other materials used in product.
(11) Product failures due to Force Majeure such as earthquakes,
unusual weather, accidents, fires, or other natural disasters.
(12) Cost for transporting claimed parts or any claims for other
loss or damages from failure of the Product to operate
during any period of time, including indirect or consequential
damage.
(13) Sensitive phenomena such as sound and vibration which do
not affect product function or performance.
(14) Normal "wear and tear" includes, but is not limited to,
damage due to wearor abrasion, worn painted surfaces,
scratched decals or windows and other minor effects.
4. Lost guarantee certificate will not be reissued.
